The advice I wish I had when I was 20 years old:
1. Education is the key to success in this world. Self-education! Always Be Learning.
2. Live in the green not in the red. Stay out of bad debt, keep money in the bank.
3. Real Estate Investing is the best vehicle to achieve financial freedom. Start learning about it.
4. Start a side hustle. Make some money on the side selling stuff.
5. Open a Roth IRA and max it out every year going forward. Invest in a total stock market index fund and call it a day.
6. Change is the only constant – embrace the change, take chances and go for it. You only live once.
7. Having passive income streams that are bigger than your monthly expenses is the holy grail.
